Planning Engineer

  1. Detailed Experience in Project Activity Time Cycles, Allocation of Work to Engineers/PRWs based on Daily programs finalisaed by Project In Charge and Planing HO Teams
  2. Detailed Updation of BOQ to ensure correct requirement of Materials, Machinery, PRWs is generated for each Activity
  3. Site Execution for 2 years minimum
  4. Must have Metro / Major Bridge experience for atleast 8+ Years
  5. Extensive knowledge of Bridge Projects and Bridge Activities.Understanding of Construction Methodology based on review of Design & Drawings
  6. Detailed Knowledge of Budgets/ Cash Flow , Project Estimation, Rate Analysis
  7. Knowledge of MS Projects/Prima vera

Billing Engineer

  1. Experience in PRW Billing/ Client Billing
  2. Experience in Handling Time bound Bills with proper accuracy
  3. Detailed Study of Drawings to extract quantities from Drawings and reconcile with MB’s prepared by Site Enginees and verifcations of Bills
  4. Extensive knowledge of Bridge Projects and Bridge Activities.Understanding of Construction Methodology based on review of Design & Drawings
  5. Experience in Reconciliation, Material, Cost Control and other regular reporting and good proficiency in MS Excel

Design Engineer

  1. Coordination with Head Office, Detailed Design Consultant, Authority Engineer , Railways ,
  2. Proof Checkers for fast tracking of Approval of Drawings from Site
  3. Review of Drawings issued by DDC and discussion with project In Charge and Planning Team to correct drawings as per required work methodology

Manager Contract

  1. Candidate is Preferable if he is a retired person from a Government department.
  2. The Candidate should have ample experience in dealing with Civil Engineering Contracts (Major Bridge Projects).
  3. His Duties shall include Drafting Claims, Joint Venture Agreements & Subcontracts.
  4. Agreement carrying out routine correspondence and Studying Tender/Contracts.
  5. Must have good knowledge of Arbitration Cases.
  6. Must have worked in Major ROB projects.
  7. The Candidate should be good at Spoken English and should be excellent at writing English.

  1. Develop dashboards and Scorecards in Google Sheets with data collation from Google Forms
  2. Understanding business logic of processes and develop models on data collation, design and dissemination of data on GSuite platform
  3. Develop visualization in Google Data Studio of the collected data
  4. Maintenance and solution to bugs / errors in developed dashboards on a daily basis
  5. Ensuring Data integrity in collected data on an ongoing basis High expertise required on GSuite Applications (Google Sheets, Google Forms, GScript for applications in Google Sheets & Google forms)
  6. Understanding of Business processes and respective workflows (Procurement, HR, F & A, Projects etc.)
  7. High expertise required in conversion of Business Logic into System Logic
