I am delighted to share my journey at Arvind Techno, where I began my career as a trainee engineer back in 1996.Over the years, I have had the incredible opportunity to gain extensive experience and work on numerous bridge projects. Currently, I am honoured to lead a highly complex and challenging project: the construction of the Mopa Link Road in Goa, which includes a 3.9 km flyover scheduled to be completed in just 22 months. This project encompasses approximately 80% of all civil engineering construction techniques, making it a remarkable endeavour. Our journey has been filled with numerous obstacles and hurdles but overcoming them has been a source of great pride. The rugged and hilly terrain, dense forests, and the scarcity of skilled labour capable of working at a height of 42 meters were significant challenges. Additionally, pouring 1 lacs cum of concrete in a single year was a monumental achievement, and I am proud of what we have accomplished as a team. Today, I stand with a deep sense of pride, knowing that I am an integral part of Arvind Techno's incredible journey.
